4. Price evaluation:

• Prices inclusive of VAT, corrected for arithmetical errors, excluding contingencies.
• Unconditional discounts considered; conditional discounts applied at payment.
• Prices scored out of 80 or 90 points.

5. Specific goals (B-BBEE) scored out of 20 or 10 points per PPPFA.

• For unincorporated JV or SPV, each partner must submit its own AFS.
• For South African entities not audited: signed public interest score, ITA34C for current and previous years.
