Release Date: 11 June 2026. Any cost associated with work stoppage due to non-compliance with a health and safety requirement shall be for the contractor's account. Evaluation of health and safety performance will be based on: compliance with the Health and Safety Management Plan and this specification; monthly internal audits to assess compliance with project health and safety requirements; daily site health and safety inspections; incident reporting, recording, investigation and analysis; non-conformance and corrective action management; health and safety performance reporting; achievement of project-specific health and safety objectives; and annual review of the Health and Safety Management System. The SHEQ Specialist or designated personnel will review and approve the Health and Safety Management Plan and Task-Based Risk Assessments prior to work commencement. Provisional approval allows site establishment only; full approval allows execution of work. Failure to resolve issues within 30 days of provisional approval results in work stoppage on outstanding actions.
