Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) at the time of bid closing, with tax compliance verifiable on CSD.
Bidders must submit evidence of valid HPCSA registration for all personnel who will provide the services.
Bidders must complete and submit the mandatory Western Cape Bid Documents, including WCBD1, WCBD3.1/3.2, WCBD4, WCBD5, WCBD6.1 with B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, and the OHS Act Section 37(2) Agreement.
