A4 MFPs minimum specs: 40 ppm (colour/mono), A6-A4 paper sizes, desktop form factor, 50-sheet ADF, ≥1 tray (≥500 sheets), 600x600 dpi print/scan resolution, 50 ipm scan speed, USB 2.0/Ethernet interfaces, ≥2 GB memory, ≥500 GB storage, duplex, customisable touchscreen, 220-240V/50Hz. Software: Secure follow-me printing solution for 96 printers (including 26 new devices), supporting ≥1,600 users, with secure print release and ATNS network integration. Remote monitoring: Proactive fault detection, automated meter readings, consumables monitoring/replenishment, performance/usage reporting for the 26 supplied devices. Support: Full maintenance (preventative/corrective), consumables supply (excluding paper), SLA-driven response/resolution times, continuous operational support.
