• PSIRA registration (SVR) in the bidder's name, or a contracted service provider, or an OEM letter accrediting the reseller or agreement with the contracted service provider.
• ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certificate, or evidence of an operating QMS; resellers must submit a reseller agreement and OEM confirmation that the reseller is subject to the OEM's ISO standards.
• ISO 45001 occupational health and safety certification.
• Membership of SAMBRA (South African Motor Body Repairers' Association) and RMI (Retail Motor Industry).
• Information Regulator registration certificate.
• The tracking company must be VESA approved, with a valid certificate submitted.
