Bidder must hold a valid permit for hazardous waste disposal site (Section 20 of Environment Conservation Act) or authorisation to incinerate medical waste. If subcontracting disposal, a valid agreement with the third party and their permit must be provided. Vehicles for waste transportation must meet Clause C5.5 of the specification; owned or leased vehicles accepted.

Bidders must demonstrate professional and technical qualifications, competence, financial resources, equipment, managerial capability, reliability, experience, and personnel to perform the contract. CCT may consider existing contracts with CCT. Key personnel must be suitably qualified and experienced.

Bidders must cooperate with CCT's due diligence review and risk assessment. Samples may be requested for testing and may not be returned. Certificates required as per tender document.
