Stage 3 – Price and preference points (80/20 system): price (80 points) and B-BBEE status level (20 points).

Scope: finalise and operationalise the South African National Men's Health Guidelines.

12. Pricing and payments

• This procurement is funded by the Global Fund. In order to comply with donor financial
