Key technical areas: earth retaining structures or similar works requiring site condition, soil mechanics and environmental impact assessment; soil erosion control and slope stabilisation; flood control and protection works requiring hydrological and hydraulic studies; river training and flow diversion works involving bulk earthworks; rehabilitation works requiring geotechnical, structural and hydraulic studies and computations. Required key personnel (all must be named with CVs, qualifications and professional registrations): Structural Engineer (Pr. Eng. or Pr. Tech. Eng., experience in earth retaining structures, culverts, flood control structures, AutoCAD drawings); Civil Engineer (Pr. Eng. or Pr. Tech. Eng., experience in bulk earthworks, access roads, AutoCAD drawings); Geotechnical Engineer (Civil Engineering qualification, experience in soil erosion control, soil assessments/investigations, soil stability analysis); Water Engineer (Civil Engineering qualification, experience in hydraulic modelling of rivers/streams, floodplain analysis, drainage systems); Quantity Surveyor (Quantity Surveying qualification, vast experience in cost estimation in built environment).
