Phase 2 – Test Results and Material Grading: concrete mix design from the manufacturer/supplier (Annexure D) must be submitted with the tender and meet the criteria: concrete class 25 MPa/19 mm, water-cement ratio 0.38–0.68, slump to be agreed at contract signing.
