Areas: operations floor, offices, toilets, security offices, change rooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, canteen, etc. All bait boxes and dispensers remain the property of SAPO after installation. Service must comply with SAPCA industry standards. Commercial application of registered agricultural remedies must follow label instructions under direct supervision of a registered Pest Control Service operator. Compliance with Fertilizers, Farm Feeds, Agricultural Remedies and Stock Remedies Act 1947, Hazardous Substances Act, and Environmental Conservation Act. Bidders must provide a method statement or execution plan for the supply and installation of bait stations, including site visits to ascertain requirements. The successful bidder shall commit to a programme of continuous improvement for cost-efficiencies.

Bidders must demonstrate experience in supply and installation of pest control within the past two years of bid closing date. Use Annexure BR as template for client reference letter; submit at least one completed Annexure BR from a client.

Service provider must comply with industry standards, including South African Pest Control Service Association (SAPCA) regulations. Commercial application of registered agricultural remedies must be in accordance with label instructions and under direct supervision of a registered Pest Control Service operator. Bait stations to be fixed into position with bait filled for mice, rats, rodents.

Pricing Schedule/BOQ: Bidders must quote rates inclusive of all labour, equipment, materials, consumables, insurance, and VAT (15%). Must bid for all items; incomplete pricing will be deemed non-responsive. Where a specific brand is mentioned, a similar product meeting specifications will suffice.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement: Bidders must not disclose confidential information, use it only for the purpose disclosed, protect it with reasonable care, return or destroy upon request within 48 hours. Breach may lead to legal action and costs. The agreement survives termination. SAPO may split the award between two or more bidders, accept part of a bid, negotiate with preferred/reserved bidders, cancel the RFQ at any time, and carry out site inspections or due diligence. Bidders may not canvass SAPO staff before award.
