Tender box 1 is open Mondays to Thursdays 08:00–16:45 and Fridays 08:00–15:30, excluding weekends and public holidays. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mailed or late tenders will not be accepted. Bids must remain valid for a minimum of 120 days after bid closing. The Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest, only or any bid, and may accept any part of the bid.
