Bids must be neatly bound in book format (ring bound), indexed and page numbered; loose documents will be disqualified. Bidders must quote on all items in the pricing schedule; failure to do so invalidates the bid. All supplementary/compulsory MBD forms must be completed and signed in full; failure to comply invalidates the bid. Bid validity period is 120 days from the closing date.
