Submit the completed quotation with all required forms to Ms Katlego Motsepe at [email protected] or 012 740 8543 by the closing date and time. The quotation must include the Annexure A price table. Required returnable documents: completed and signed SBD 4, completed and signed SBD 6.1, valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, valid tax pin, CSD report or summary with compliant tax status, company profile, three reference letters, and OEM authorisation. All fields must be completed; late submissions will be disqualified. Bidders who do not respond to SANAS clarifications within the specified times (48 working hours for SBD 4, 7 working days for tax/CSD) will be deemed non-responsive.

Required: Central Supplier Database Report or Summary, completed and signed SBD 4, completed and signed SBD 6.1, certified valid B-BBEE certificate. SBD 8 and SBD 9 marked N/A. Two-stage evaluation. Stage 1: Administrative compliance – must submit completed and signed SBD 4, SBD 6.1, valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, valid tax pin, and CSD report with compliant tax status. Stage 2: Price and SANAS specific goals – 80/20 preference point system (Price 80 points, SANAS Specific Goals 20 points). Upgrade and expand SANAS's existing Wi-Fi infrastructure. Scope includes: network assessment (ground and first floors), design and implementation of upgraded Wi-Fi solution, supply and install additional access points, CAT 6 Ethernet cabling, support for minimum 250 employee devices and 50 visitor devices (guest network), secure separate guest Wi-Fi for minimum 50 concurrent users, centralized monitoring and management with real-time visibility and alerting, issue resolution and optimisation, ad-hoc support and maintenance. Deliverables: assessment report, hardware supply and installation, fully operational upgraded Wi-Fi solution, guest Wi-Fi configuration, monitoring setup, implementation report and handover documentation. Must integrate with existing Cat 6 cabling and UniFi 6 (U6) ceiling-mounted access points. Contract term with expected delivery November 2026.

Required services: 4.1 Network Assessment – comprehensive assessment of current Wi-Fi network, coverage on ground and first floors, identify gaps and dead zones, provide assessment report. 4.2 Wi-Fi Upgrade and Expansion – design and implement upgraded solution, expand coverage, supply and install additional access points. 4.3 Infrastructure Installation – install and cable access points using CAT 6 Ethernet cabling, ensure proper mounting and compliance with standards. 4.4 Performance and Capacity – support minimum 250 employee devices and 50 visitor devices, high-performance connectivity, seamless mobility. 4.5 Guest Wi-Fi – secure separate network, minimum 50 concurrent users, access controls. 4.6 Monitoring and Management – centralized monitoring, real-time visibility, alerting and reporting. 4.7 Issue Resolution and Optimisation – resolve existing issues, optimise system. 4.8 Support and Maintenance – ad-hoc support, timely incident response, maintain performance throughout contract.

Bidder must have minimum 5 years' experience in implementation and support of enterprise Wi-Fi networks. Provide company profile detailing relevant experience. Provide three reference letters for Wi-Fi implementation or network infrastructure projects completed within last 5 years, including client name, project description, contact person and details. Provide OEM authorisation for proposed hardware.

Pricing must be in Rand. Annexure A price table required: Table 1 once-off items (Wi-Fi network assessment report, supply and installation of hardware, fully operational upgraded Wi-Fi solution, guest Wi-Fi configuration, monitoring and management setup, implementation report and handover documentation, total, VAT, total including VAT); Table 2 cost per meter for CAT 6 cabling; Table 3 ad-hoc rates (rate per hour, rate per km) for Year 1, Year 2 with escalations, Year 3 with escalations. Payment 30 days after delivery. SANAS may award to multiple suppliers, increase or decrease quantities, negotiate, or cancel the request.

CSD registration with compliant tax status. Valid tax pin. Completed and signed SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest). Completed and signed SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim). Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit signed by commissioner of oaths. SBD 8 and SBD 9 marked N/A. Company profile with at least 5 years' enterprise Wi-Fi experience. Three reference letters for Wi-Fi projects in last 5 years. OEM authorisation for proposed hardware.

SANAS specific goals support previously disadvantaged groups: black owned businesses as defined in the B-BBEE Act, black women, black youth, black persons with disabilities, EMEs, and QSEs. Points claimed via SBD 6.1 with valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.

Quote validity in calendar days. SANAS may award to multiple suppliers, increase or decrease quantities, cancel the request, or negotiate. All goods/services quoted in Rand. All fields must be completed. Late submissions disqualified. Payment 30 days after delivery. Quote does not constitute an order. Fraudulent claims may lead to disqualification, recovery of costs, contract cancellation, restriction from doing business with organs of state for up to 10 years, and criminal prosecution.

Service Provider must obtain written approval from SANAS before executing any work. Regular progress reports must be submitted. Work closely with SANAS ICT team. Solution must support enterprise-grade wireless standards, secure access control, scalability, and integrate with existing network infrastructure. No work without prior written approval. Existing infrastructure: Cat 6 cabling and UniFi 6 (U6) ceiling-mounted access points. Expected delivery November 2026. Contract.
