Provision of two (2) accredited Sign Language Interpreters for the 6th Edition of the Limpopo Investment Conference at Protea Hotel the Ranch, Polokwane, Limpopo on 15 October 2026. One-day hybrid event, working hours 07h00–18h00. Approximately 500 physical delegates and 1,000 virtual participants. Interpreters required for opening/welcoming remarks, keynote addresses, presentations, panel discussions, Q&A sessions, and all programme items requiring sign language interpretation across plenary and panel discussion sessions. Quotes must cover all costs; LEDA will not incur extra costs excluded from the quote.

SBD 3.1 – Firm prices only (non-firm prices not accepted). Offer valid for 60 days from closing date. All delivery costs must be included in bid price. All applicable taxes included (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, SDL). Separate pricing schedule required per delivery point if different delivery points influence pricing.

General Conditions of Contract (GCC) July 2010 apply. Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) supplement GCC and prevail in conflict. Key clauses: performance security within 30 days of award (bank guarantee/irrevocable LC or certified cheque), inspections/tests per SCC, warranty 12 months after delivery/acceptance or 18 months after shipment, payment within 30 days of invoice in Rand, prices fixed per bid except authorised SCC adjustments, penalties at prime interest rate per day of delay, termination for default with possible 10-year restriction from public sector, force majeure relief, termination for insolvency without compensation, dispute settlement, limitation of liability, governing law South Africa, anti-dumping/countervailing duties provisions, prohibition of restrictive practices with Competition Commission referral.
