• Proposed personnel must be present at all site meetings (technical and progress) for the project duration.

Scope: Refurbishments to Themba Kojana Waterproofing, including:

• Remove existing waterproofing to slabs and box gutters.
• Remove existing screeds to slabs and box gutters.
• Install new full-bore outlets.
• Install new waterproofing to box gutters and slabs.
• Repairs to roof covering and accessories.
• Repairs to downpipes and accessories.
• Repairs to tiles in front foyer (Wing A only).

Work is divided into sections: Wing A, Wing B, Wing C, Wing D.

Contract period: 6 months.

Contract form: JBCC Principal Building Agreement 2000 edition 6 (JBCC 6.2).
