• Key Personnel: Legal Practice Council good standing (20 points, 1 attorney = 10), right of appearance in Magistrate & High Court (20 points, 1 attorney = 10), both (40 points).
• Schedule of Tenderer's Experience and Professional Registration forms must be submitted.

Bidders must provide any material requested by the employer for risk assessment, including notarized joint venture agreements and preferencing arrangements.
