Occupational Health and Safety Agreement under Section 37(2) of the OHS Act and Construction Regulation 5.1(k). Mandatary must comply with OHS Act and COID Act, perform baseline risk assessments, appoint competent persons, provide SHE file, report incidents within 2 hours, ensure medical fitness of employees, and attend SHE meetings. Contractor must provide Public Liability Insurance and maintain COID good standing. PPE must be provided and worn. Plant, machinery and equipment must be sound and fit for purpose.
