Overview
The Readiness Assessment is a quick diagnostic tool that checks whether your company is ready to bid on government tenders. It evaluates your compliance status across key areas and provides a clear action plan for any gaps.
Start Here: If you're new to tendering, the Readiness Assessment should be your first step. It tells you exactly what you need before you can start applying.
What It Checks
The assessment evaluates four core compliance areas:

CSD Registration
Checks if you're registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Required for all government tenders.

B-BBEE Status
Verifies your B-BBEE level or EME/QSE affidavit. Many tenders require minimum B-BBEE levels.

CIPC Registration
Confirms your company is properly registered with CIPC and in active status.

CIDB Grading
For construction tenders, checks your CIDB contractor grading. Not applicable for non-construction companies.
Your Results
After completing the assessment, you receive:
Readiness Score: A percentage showing your overall readiness level. Scores above 75% indicate you're ready to start bidding.
Gap Analysis: A detailed breakdown of which compliance areas are missing or need attention.
Action Plan: Specific steps to fill each gap, with links to relevant services and resources.
