Bids must be deposited into the tender box at the foyer of the main entrance to the Civic Centre, 83 Krogh Street, Makhado, by 12:00 on 09 October 2026. Envelopes must be clearly marked with the tender number and description. Bids must remain valid for 90 days after closing. No electronic, fax, or telegraph submissions accepted.

Returnable documents include: a valid SARS tax compliance status pin, a copy of company registration documents (CK), certified copies of owner(s) ID books (not older than three months), proof of municipal rates payment (not older than three months), and proof of CSD registration. Bids must be signed by a duly authorized person and sealed in an envelope clearly marked with the tender number and description.

80/20 preferential points system. Bidders must be registered on the CSD. Late, incomplete, unsigned, or electronically submitted bids will be disqualified.
