Appointment of a panel of registered town or technical planners (sacplan) for three years – makhado local municipality

Submit bids in the tender box at Makhado Local Municipality Civic Centre, 83 Krogh Street, Makhado, on or before the closing date and time. Bids must remain valid for 90 days after closing. Late, incomplete, unsigned, or bids submitted in pencil, by telegraph, facsimile, or email will be disqualified. Required documents: valid SARS tax compliance status pin, company registration (CK) documents, certified ID copies of owners (not older than 3 months), proof of municipal rates payment (not older than 3 months, not owing more than 3 months) or formal lease agreement or letter from traditional authority (for non-ratable areas) for both entity and directors, and CSD registration copy. A copy of a certified copy will not be accepted.

Evaluation uses the 80/20 preferential point system with functionality. Bids must meet all mandatory document requirements to be evaluated. The municipality is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid and reserves the right to accept any part of a bid.

Mandatory: valid SARS tax compliance status pin, company registration (CK) documents, certified ID copies of owners (not older than 3 months), proof of municipal rates payment (not older than 3 months, not owing more than 3 months) or formal lease agreement or letter from traditional authority (for non-ratable areas) for both entity and directors, and CSD registration. All service providers must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). A copy of a certified copy will not be accepted.
