Bidders must complete and submit all Municipal Bidding Documents (MBDs) – MBD 2, MBD 3.1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 7.1, MBD 8, and MBD 9 – failure to do so will automatically disqualify the bid.
No awards will be made to persons in the service of the state, or to entities whose directors, managers, or principal shareholders are in the service of the state, or to advisors/consultants contracted with the municipality.
Bidders must not owe municipal rates and taxes in arrears for more than three months.
