Construction of thirteen (13) new buildings: Multipurpose Hall, Guard House, Refuse Yard, Administration Block, Multipurpose Classroom and HoD Office and Ablutions, Computer and Science Laboratory, Tuck Shop, Change Rooms, two (2) 4-Classroom and HoD Office Blocks, two (2) 4-Classroom and Ablutions Blocks, and Caretaker's Room and Storeroom. Renovations and alterations to eight (8) existing buildings: Administration Block to Computer Lab, Cooking Block to Home Economics, four (4) Classroom Blocks, and Male and Female Ablutions. External works: demolition of existing small hall and concrete slabs, upgrade and new water supply, soil drainage and stormwater management, new pavings to parking and assembly areas, covered walkways, security fencing (ClearVu), purchase of mobile classrooms for decanting, covered carports, soccer field and combined courts, landscaping and flag poles. Electrical and mechanical installations included.

Pricing: Bill of Quantities (BOQ) must be submitted in its entirety, with all applicable items priced and non-applicable items marked 'N/A'. Financial Viability (15 points): audited annual financial statements not older than 12 months with cash and cash equivalents of R5 million or above (15 points) or R3 million or above (10 points), signed by an accountant and company director. No bid bond or guarantee percentage stated. Form of Guarantee (C1.3) is part of the contract documents.
