Financial and contractual: a bid bond or form of guarantee is required, pricing is submitted on the Pricing Schedule Summary (whose total governs if it differs from the stated amount), and the bidder must sign an agreement under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 and the Construction Regulations, 2014; Form A4 (Schedule of Deviations) and an indemnity letter on the bidder's letterhead confirming bank details matching the CSD report are also returnable.
