Bidders must deliver their bids by the stipulated time to the correct address. Late bids will not be accepted for consideration. All bids must be submitted on the official forms provided or in the manner prescribed in the bid document.

The evaluation process will take place in a sequential manner, but Foskor reserves the right to conduct the different steps of the evaluation process in parallel. The minimum threshold for technical/functionality must be met or exceeded for a respondent's proposal to progress to the final evaluation step.

The supplier will provide the services to Foskor subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement. The supplier must submit a fully resourced project schedule which shall include all activities to be performed and the dates by which such are to be performed to the Foskor Engineer for approval within 14 days of the commencement date.

The price for the services and providing any deliverables shall be as stated in the Letter of Award or relevant Purchase Order or relevant annexure to such Letter of Award. Unless otherwise specified, all prices set out in the agreement are exclusive of Value Added Tax.

Bidders must ensure compliance with their tax obligations. Bidders are required to submit their unique personal identification number (PIN) issued by SARS to enable the organ of state to verify the taxpayer's profile and tax status.
