Functionality evaluation: 30 points, minimum 15 points required to be considered for further evaluation. Preference point system: 80/20 (80 points for price, 20 points for specific goals) in accordance with PPPFA 2022. Specific goals: location within Mogale City (5 points), within West Rand District Municipality (3 points), within Gauteng Province (2 points), outside Gauteng (0 points); women-owned enterprise (5 points); youth enterprise (persons younger than 35) (5 points). Verification: municipal account/lease/rental statement for location; Central Supplier Database for women-owned and youth-owned status.

Bidders must submit a leaflet/brochure with manufacturer's name, model, picture, and specifications of all equipment tendered. Bidders must provide information on relevant previous experience, indicating projects of similar or larger size and/or similar type of work, including value (R) and reference for each year.
