ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLIANCE EVALUATION The purpose of this pre-qualification is to determine which bid is compliant and non-compliant with the bid special conditions issued by the ECDOH as part of the bid process. • Invitation to bid (SBD1) must be completed and signed. • The bid documentation must be completed comprehensively and correctly • It is a requirement that bidders must be registered on CSD 22.2. STAGE 2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS a) Attended a compulsory bid briefing session. b) Product must be World Health Organisation Certified (Bidders must attach the Calibration Certificate from the manufacturer c) All SBD forms must be completed comprehensively and correctly (SBD 1, 3.2 &,4).
