Quotations must be sealed, clearly marked with the full RFQ reference and title, and placed in the Municipal quotation box at 26 Church Street, Oudtshoorn, by 12:00 on 04 September 2026. Quotations will be opened publicly immediately after closing in the Supply Chain Management Office at the same address. Completed documents must remain valid for 90 days after the closing date. The municipality may withdraw, re-advertise, or reject any quotation and is not bound to accept the lowest or highest-scoring bid. No bids from persons in the service of the state will be considered.

Evaluation follows the 80/20 Preference Point System under the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (2022) and the municipality's Supply Chain Management Policy. B-BBEE status level points and locality points apply: 10 points for suppliers within Oudtshoorn municipal boundaries, 5 for Eden District, 2 for Western Cape Province, and 0 outside the province.
