Ceiling and cornice to be painted with two coats Plascon Kitchens and Bathrooms white paint. Install new custom-made cupboards and re-tile walls and floors. Wall tiling to ceiling height. Fit new ceiling light. Adjust plug points as required. Existing gas geyser moved outside. Existing stove, oven and fridge retained.
Floor: CTM Tonga Beige Matt Ceramic 430x430mm class 4 tiles, Resort Manager approval, laid on screed with Tal Professional tile adhesive. Joints 8mm wide grouted with Tal Quarrygrout Colour Dark Grey, finished square slightly recessed. Movement joint 10mm wide around perimeter of tiled floor, filled with Sikaflex Pro 2HP polyurethane flexible sealant colour grey, finish flush.
Wall: Ice White Matt 300x600mm tiles laid in stretcher bond pattern to ceiling height with Tal Professional tile adhesive. Joints 10mm wide grouted with Tal Quarrygrout Colour White, finished square slightly recessed. All exposed tile edges finished with aluminium tile edge strips. Window cill tiled.
Cupboards: Made and fitted by built-in cupboard specialist. All measurements checked on site per chalet prior to manufacture. Carcases: Super White Peen Bisonlam Moisture Resistant Board (MRB). Doors and drawer faces: Congo Peen Bisonlam MRB. MRB is a special-order product with 8-week lead time. Counter top: Eezi Quartz Beach (8-week lead time). Handles: Gelmar Hollow Stainless Steel Barrel Handle 96mm.
Sink: Franke Quinline QLX622 1500x500mm stainless steel inset sink with all fittings, traps and plug.
Mixer: Franke Highrise Swivel, chrome, overall height 321mm, side lever, solid DZR brass construction, ceramic disk cartridge with anti-scald smart lime cleaning aerator, code 115.0193.183.
Extractor: Defy 90cm Chimney Hood Inox, code DCH90CSS.
Ceiling lights: 1500mm double LED daylight tubes with diffuser.
Appliances: 34L microwave, wine rack, fruit & veg drawers, pot & pan drawers, grocery shelf, broom cupboard as per layout.
