The competition commission of south africa (ccsa) is seeking information from software vendors, authorised resellers, and implementation partners on a secure and auditable declaration of interest management software solution. The solution must handle declarations of conflict of interest, financial and business interests, and positive declarations of NO conflict, replacing fragmented paper-based processes. This RFI is for market research and planning only; IT is not a competitive bid and will not result in an award, but responses must be submitted in paper-based format with a secure demo link.
Closing date: 22 September 2026 at 11:00, submitted by email to [email protected] with the subject line marked with the organisation's name and RFI number.
Mandatory documents: proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), completed RFI response, functional requirements matrix, indicative costing schedule, and signed respondent declaration.
Responses must be paper-based and include a secure link to a product demonstration, sandbox environment, or online walkthrough; the link supplements but does not replace the written submission.
The response must include indicative costs in South African rand (excluding and including VAT) for software licences, implementation, integration, data migration, training, hosting, maintenance, and a three-year total cost of ownership with licence metric, assumptions, and escalation.
The solution must support declaration types including actual, potential, and perceived conflicts; direct and indirect financial interests; business interests; and positive declarations of no conflict, with workflow covering campaigns, review, approval, escalation, recusal, and audit trail.
Respondents must register interest by providing company name, contact person, telephone, cell number, and email address to CCSA, quoting the RFI number, to receive any addenda.
No live personal declarations, production data, passwords, or credentials may be used in the RFI response or demonstration.
