Mandatory: Service provider must be SETA or QCTO accredited for stakeholder management training (valid accreditation, expired not accepted). Bidders must not be listed on Register for Tender Defaulters/Restricted Suppliers. Must comply with all SBD declaration requirements regarding state employment, conflicts of interest, and collusion.

• Scope: Provide stakeholder management and engagement training for Brand South Africa employees.
• Training aims to equip professionals with skills to identify, analyse, and build trust with key individuals and groups, align divergent interests, secure project buy-in, and mitigate operational risks.
• Course outline must include:

• Application of project management principles, methodologies, and tools to coordinate organisational projects.
• Development of project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Monitoring project performance, managing resources, and ensuring delivery of objectives.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
• Strengthening leadership and decision-making skills for programmes and projects.

• Deliverables:

• Course can be conducted online or in-person.
• Duration to be confirmed by the service provider.
• Course to be attended by one delegate.
• An accredited NQF certificate must be issued to attendees who complete the course.

• Payments will be made based on work completed (milestones/deliverables) as per an agreed project implementation plan.

• Service provider must be experienced and reputable.
• Facilitator must have at least 3 years' technical and professional experience in stakeholder management and engagement.
• Course outline must demonstrate ability to apply project management principles, develop plans, monitor performance, coordinate teams, and strengthen leadership skills.

• Complete the pricing schedule in line with required deliverables.
• Line prices are VAT excluding; total price is VAT inclusive.
