• You must submit a fully completed and signed Pricing Schedule (MBD 3.1) with firm prices only. Non-firm prices or prices subject to exchange rate variations are not acceptable.

• The total quotation value must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, SDL). Failure to include all taxes will lead to disqualification.
• Where brand names are required in the specification, your quotation must include them. Quotations without required brand names will not be accepted.
• You must submit proof of CSD registration (MAAA Supplier Number).
• Submit a valid B-BBEE certificate or a sworn affidavit compliant with the B-BBEE Practice Guide. Non-compliant affidavits will be scored zero.

• Supply and delivery of 5 TV Screens with the following specifications:

• Display Technology: LED.
• Resolution: 4K.

• Connectivity Technology: Wi-Fi6 (802.11ax).
• Ports: 2x HDMI and 2x USB 3.0 ports.
• Aspect Ratio: 16:9.
• Includes: Stereo speakers, wall and stand mounting, 1x AAA batteries, remote control, TV, user manual, and power cable.

• Peripherals: Supply 3x 5m HDMI cables for each set (total 15 cables).
• Warranty: A full 3-year warranty is required on both the MiniPCs and TV Screens.
• Labour and Installation:

• TV screens must be wall-mounted.
• TV screens must be connected to the MiniPCs.
• MiniPCs must be secured to desks.

• You must complete the Pricing Schedule (MBD 3.1) with firm prices only.
• The schedule must include item description, quantity, unit price, and total price.
• Sub-total, VAT at 15%, and grand total (all applicable taxes included) must be clearly stated.
• The offer must be valid for 60 days from the closing date.
• You must declare the brand, model, country of origin, compliance with specifications, delivery period, and delivery basis.

• You must submit firm prices only. Non-firm prices (including prices subject to rates of exchange variations) will not be considered.
• Use the official Pricing Schedule (MBD 3.1).
• The total bid price must be in South African Rand and include all applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, SDL).
• All delivery costs must be included in the bid price for delivery to the prescribed destination.
• The quotation must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date.
• You must confirm that you do not owe any municipal rates and taxes that are in arrears for more than three months.

• Mandatory Registration: All bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Tax Compliance: Submit an original valid Tax Clearance Certificate or valid SARS PIN.

• The contract is subject to the General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and any Special Conditions of Contract.
• Acceptance of a quotation is subject to Johannesburg Water’s Supply Chain Policy.
• POPIA Compliance: Bidders must consent to the processing of personal information as per the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

• The 80/20 preference point system applies.
• 80 points for price, 20 points for Specific Goals (B-BBEE).
• Bidders must submit the Preference Points Claim Form (MBD 6.1) and supporting documentation to claim points for Specific Goals.
