Total points: 100. Bidders must provide certified copies of IDs, company registration documents, CSD reports, and B-BBEE certificates or sworn affidavits to substantiate claims.

Eligible bidders must: (1) Be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); (2) Be tax compliant with a valid Tax Clearance certificate; (3) Have certified company registration documents (CIPC) not older than 6 months; (4) Have a valid BBBEE certificate or Sworn Affidavit not older than 6 months; (5) Submit completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms (failure to complete SBD 4 may result in disqualification); (6) Provide quotes on company letterhead with VAT registration number (if VAT registered); (7) Have all certified documents stamped by a Commissioner of Oath within 6 months of the closing date. Bidders claiming preference points must substantiate ownership equity claims with appropriate certified documentation.

• Detailed specifications are provided in Annexure A (attached to the RFQ).

• Quotes must specify services and costs in detail. Market-related prices will be negotiated with the preferred service provider.
• All quoted prices must remain firm for the duration of the order. If prices depend on exchange rates, factor in price escalations.
• No upfront payment will be provided. Payment will be made upon receipt of goods/services and within 30 days of receiving a valid invoice.
• Stats SA reserves the right to award partially or not at all.
