B-BBEE: original or originally certified SANAS-approved certificate or valid affidavit (EME/QSE) to claim points.

Locality: municipal account, lease agreement, or detailed affidavit as specified in MBD 6.1 to claim locality points.

Municipal account: copy of the bidder's municipal account for the month preceding tender closure.

The successful bidder must sign the agreement within 7 days of notification of acceptance; signing the relevant sections concludes the contract. The Municipality may request an additional Service Level Agreement which, together with the signed tender document, forms the full agreement.

Contract documents are in English; English versions prevail.

The successful bidder is liable for all duties and costs on legal documents and for surety and retentions.

If a contract is awarded based on incorrect information, the Municipality may recover all costs, losses or damages incurred.
