Tenderer must be represented by a person who is suitably qualified and experience to comprehend the extent of the work involved and who is at the employ of the prospective Tenderer. The Tenderer representative must sign the attendance register in the name of the tendering entity. Eligibility criteria: Tenderers must be registered with CIDB (or capable of being so) with a contractor grading designation of Class EB, Grade 7 or higher. Joint ventures are eligible provided all members are CIDB registered, the lead partner has Class EB Grade 6, the combined grading meets the required level, and the JV is registered on the Central Supplier Database. Tenderers must have access to a suitably qualified and experienced Electrical Maintenance manager and supervisor with experience in low voltage installation and maintenance. Tenderers must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database and submit proof of registration. Tenderers must be tax compliant with SARS and not listed on the Register of Tender Defaulters or the National Treasury's restricted database.
