Supply and delivery of fruits and vegetables for the Uphongolo Municipality area.

Quotations must be priced per quotation package. There are 26 quotation packages, each with a named beneficiary and a specific list of fresh produce items with quantities and pack sizes. Items include oranges, potatoes, onions, apples, tomatoes, butternut, beetroot, cabbage, carrots, bananas, avocados, naartjies, green peppers, umvoti peanuts, umvoti beans, pears, pineapples, and pecan nuts. Quantities and pack sizes vary per package; bidders must complete the pricing schedule for each package they quote on.

Fixed price quotations on company letterhead required; price must be inclusive of VAT and all costs relating to disbursements. Pricing schedule includes 26 quotation packages with detailed fresh produce items, quantities, and unit rates for each beneficiary, plus a master recapitulation table for all packages.

Pricing format: fixed price quotation on company letterhead.

Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN; if non-compliant, a SARS PIN must be supplied.

B-BBEE: B-BBEE certificate or affidavit required to claim specific goals points.

No bids from persons in the service of the state, or companies/close corporations with directors/members in the service of the state.
