Items and quantities:

1.1 Live Chicken Layers (Point of Lay) — 18-week-old Point of Lay Pullets, fully vaccinated (ND, IB, Gumboro), healthy commercial layer stock — 200 units for beneficiary Buyisiwe Simphiwe Mavundla.

1.2 Day-Old Chicks — Standard vaccinated Day-Old Broiler/Layer Chicks, Mareks & ND vaccinated, strong vigour — 100 units for beneficiary Nonkazimulo Lungile Hadebe.

1.3 Live Layers (5 Weeks Old) — 5-week-old Hy-Line Brown Commercial Layers, vaccinated and debeaked, healthy farm-reared stock — 100 units for beneficiary Buyani Nyathi.

1.4 Live Dual-Purpose / Free Range Poultry Batch — Healthy dual-purpose indigenous/Boschveld live chickens, fully vaccinated, minimum weight 1.5 kg — 150 units for General District Scope.

1.5 Transport, Specialised Poultry Crates & Delivery Charges — Safe live poultry transport in ventilated crates, bio-secure delivery to beneficiary farms across uMgungundlovu District — 1 lot.

All rates must be firm and include delivery, transportation, handling, crate packaging, and disbursements to designated beneficiary sites within uMgungundlovu District.

Pricing schedule (Annexure A) with Bill of Quantities:
