Sealed bids, individually marked with the bid number and service description, must be deposited in the tender box at the ground floor of Metrobus Main Building, 1 Raikes Road, Braamfontein, by the closing date and time. Late bids are not accepted; no faxed or emailed bids. Bids are publicly opened at the same venue. Submit one original, one copy, and a soft copy on disk or USB. Complete the bid in ink, in full, and in the same order as issued. Initial or sign all alterations. Returnable forms: MBD 1, MBD 4, MBD 5, MBD 6.1, MBD 6.2, MBD 8, MBD 9, POPIA consent, and authority to sign. Failure to submit all required documents may disqualify the bid.

Bidders must submit at least two copies of the tender document: one original and one copy, plus a soft copy on disk or USB clearly indicating company name and tender number. The bid document must be completed in ink, in full, and submitted in the same order as issued with all sections attached. All alterations must be initialed/signed by the authorized signatory or accompanied by a letter on official letterhead. Bidders must submit: completed registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database; completed and signed MBD 1, 4, 6, 8, 9; signed General Conditions of Contract; rates and taxes account not older than three months or lease agreement or affidavit; ID copies of shareholders/directors and share certificates not older than three months; signed JV agreement for joint ventures with separate CSD registration and consolidated B-BBEE certificate; registration with CIDB where applicable; audited annual financial statements for the past three years for tenders exceeding R10 million; B-BBEE status level verification certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs & QSEs.

The 80/20 preference point system applies: 80 points for price and 20 points for specific goals. Specific goals: 10 points for enterprises with workshops in Gauteng Province (verified by CSD and proof of municipal account/lease/residence); 10 points for enterprises with at least 51% black ownership (verified by CSD). Bidders must submit proof of specific goals to claim points; failure to do so means no points are awarded. Metrobus may require substantiation of claims at any time.

Appointment of a suitably qualified service provider(s) for the repairs, supply and delivery of pumps and injectors on an as-and-when-required basis for a period of 36 months. The scope includes repairs, supply, and delivery of pumps and injectors. Bidders must have a proven track record.

and 86D(1)(a), of the Municipal Systems Act (), (“MSA”). It was established as

such by the Greater Johannesburg Metropolitan Council (predecessor to the City of

Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality or “COJ”) who procured, by virtue of the provisions

of section 17D of the Promotion of Local Government Affairs Act () the

10.6 Rights regarding the processing of personal information:

• The individual may withdraw consent to the processing of personal information at any time, and should

they wish to do so, must provide Metrobus with reasonable notice to this effect. Please note that withdrawal

of consent is still subject to the terms and conditions of any contract that is in place. Should the withdrawal

1.5 Consumer Protection

The Consumer Protection Act () does not, in terms of section 5(2)(a), apply to
