Quotations must be submitted on company letterhead, signed by the company's representative, and emailed to the SCM Team at [email protected]. Use the RFQ number (VET0022/26) in the subject line. Prices must be firm and inclusive of VAT, valid for 60 days from closing date, and the delivery period must be indicated. All required documentation must accompany the quotation. Late submissions will not be considered. Returnable forms include SBD 4 (Bidder's Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim).

The 80/20 preference point system applies: 80 points for price, 20 points for specific goals (HDI equity ownership, women equity ownership, disability, youth). Bidders must complete SBD 6.1 to claim preference points. Bidders listed on the Register for Tender Defaulters or List of Restricted Suppliers will be disqualified. The lowest or any offer is not necessarily accepted; GDARD reserves the right not to award.

Items: 1) Secure Grip seals: 310 mm polypropylene pull-through seal with smooth strap and metal insert in locking chamber, quantity 50,000. 2) Padlock seals: 27.5 mm hasp, wire hasp and polypropylene body, quantity 15,000. 3) Tie material: 20 m rolls of tin-plated steel punched with seal insertion holes, quantity 50. Special condition: Seals must be barcoded with 'AH RSA' and an individual serial number. Secure Grip seals serial numbers starting at 0097001; Padlock seals serial numbers starting at 0424001.

Pricing schedule: 1) Secure Grip seals: 310 mm polypropylene pull-through seal, quantity 50,000. 2) Padlock seals: 27.5 mm hasp, quantity 15,000. 3) Tie material: 20 m rolls, quantity 50. Provide subtotal, VAT, and total.

Prices must be firm and inclusive of VAT. Quotations valid for 60 days from closing date. Pricing schedule: provide subtotal, VAT, and total for the three items. No bonds or guarantees mentioned.

Protection of Personal Information: GDARD will process bidder's personal information only for evaluating and awarding this RFQ, in accordance with applicable law; will not disclose to third parties without consent; bidders must similarly not process GDARD's personal information without consent.
