• MBD 1 (Invitation to Bid), MBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), MBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim), MBD 8 (Past SCM Practices), MBD 9 (Independent Bid Determination).
• SARS confirmation with verification PIN.
• Company registration / founding statement / CIPC document.
• Originally certified ID copies of managing directors/owners (certification within 90 days).
• Billing clearance certificate, statement of municipal accounts, affidavit, lease agreement, or residential confirmation, plus a declaration that the company and all active directors owe no municipal services for more than 90 days.
• CSD registration confirmation.

• Scoring: 40 points company experience, 40 points key personnel experience, 20 points methodology statement.

Preference points (80/20 system):

• 20 points allocated to specific goals: 4 points for 50%+ youth-owned, 4 points for 50%+ female-owned, 4 points for 100% black-owned, 4 points for people living with disability, 4 points for Umzimvubu Local Municipality based suppliers.

Other:

• Bidders must hold CIDB grading 3EP or higher.
• Bidders must not be persons working for the state.

Project: Ngojini Electrification (ward 25).

Scope: Electrification works as per the tender documents.

CIDB grading required: 3EP or higher.
