• Materials: Supply diving gases and chemicals as listed in the pricing schedule, in accordance with PetroSA specifications (Annexe D). Quantities in the pricing schedule are indicative of past three years' consumption and serve only as a guide; PetroSA accepts no liability for their accuracy.
• Buffer stock: Maintain a buffer of diving gases and chemicals sufficient for a full month diving campaign; volume to be mutually agreed. Carry sufficient stock to avoid delaying delivery within agreed lead times.
• Gas quads: Maintain gas quads and associated rigging with in-date statutory certification for the contract duration. Quads must be free from liens, charges, claims and encumbrances. All repair and maintenance costs are included in the gas quad rental rates.
• Delivery: Deliver to PetroSA Onshore Operations, Duinzicht Avenue, N2 Highway, Mossel Bay, 6500. Normal delivery hours Monday to Friday 08:00 to 15:30; after hours, Saturdays and Sundays emergency deliveries only by special arrangement with authorised PetroSA personnel.
• Transport: Transport gas and chemicals from supplier's warehouse to PetroSA departure point at Mossel Bay Harbour. Provide cranage and offloading machinery at the vessel departure point. Provide rental of gas transfer pump for transferring gas from some quads into Kellys.
• Storage: Maintain undercover and secured storage for buffer gas and chemicals in Mossel Bay for quick turnaround.
• Dispatch: Do not dispatch gas and chemicals to the vessel without prior written approval from PetroSA. Minimum notice period for ordering to be agreed and included as a contract condition.
• Recertification: Empty quads to be collected by supplier at PetroSA departure point for recertification. If certification is due but gas remains, decant gas into an in-certificate quad in the presence of a PetroSA representative. Supplier to supply all required tools and consumables.
• Changes: Notify PetroSA within 24 hours of any changes to delivery lead-times, quantities or specifications after receipt of a call-off order. Inform PetroSA at least 2 weeks in advance of any shortage or zero stock of required gases and chemicals.
• Packaging and documentation: Deliver materials in appropriate packaging with proper documentation (certificates and identification) per specifications. Delivery personnel must wear approved safety apparel and adhere to PetroSA security and safety requirements.

Quality assurance: Gas and chemicals, gas quads, riggings and documentation must comply with PetroSA's Supplier's Quality Assurance and Certification Requirements Standard Document Ref. EP/SHE/SD001.

• Quality plan: Supplier's Quality Plan controls the work process.
• Verification: All supplier systems subject to evaluation and surveillance by PetroSA representatives or third party, including unscheduled procedure compliance checks and product verification at PetroSA's discretion.
• Documentation: Certification documentation must be legible, scanable, free from erasures and alterations. Required at delivery: rigging certificates, pressurized vessel certificate, gas composition certificate of conformity, gas quad numbers with volumes, pressure and composition.
• Warranties: Gases, chemicals and containment equipment must be of highest cleanliness and quality, comply with standards, and be fit for purpose. Gas quads must be maintained in good working order and in-certification throughout the agreement; all repair and maintenance costs borne by supplier.

Pricing schedule (section 2.2) lists the diving gases and chemicals with percentage mixes. Quantities are indicative of past three years' consumption and serve only as a guide; PetroSA accepts no liability for accuracy. Gas quad rental rates must include all repair and maintenance costs. • Confidentiality: Sign confidentiality agreements prior to contract commencement.
• Documentation at delivery: Provide valid rigging certificates, pressurized vessel certificate for gas quads, gas composition certificate of conformity, gas cleanliness certificate, percentage mix certificate of conformity, and gas quad numbers with gas volumes, pressure and composition. Certification documentation must be legible, scanable, and free from erasures and alterations.

Safety statement: Supplier must provide its own Safety Statement and Safety Procedures encompassing its Safety Policy.

• PPE: Provide personnel with safety equipment/apparel conforming to legislative standards and industry requirements.
• Inductions: All supplier personnel must undergo safety induction courses as required by PetroSA Safety Department.
• Working hours: PetroSA working hours are 08:00 to 16:30; approval for after-hours work (including deliveries) must be arranged via the Subsea Manager.
• On-site conduct: Delivery personnel must wear approved safety apparel and adhere to PetroSA security and safety requirements.

Contract is on a call-off basis; supplier performs services as instructed by PetroSA during the contract period.

• Scope changes: PetroSA may change the scope by written notification; supplier must comply promptly. Extra services charged at normal or agreed rates.
• Confidentiality: Supplier must sign confidentiality agreements before contract commencement.
• Gas quads warranty: Supplier warrants quads are free from liens, charges, claims and other encumbrances.

The registration is a two-phase process: Phase 1 is CSD self-registration, Phase 2 is PetroSA's online registration wizard.
