Bidders must submit one original, two copies and one soft copy of their bid proposal. Price Proposals must be submitted separately from the technical proposal. Bidders must submit completed SBD6.2 and Annexure C, D and E. Bidders must complete section 4 of the AgriSETA SBD 6.1 attached to this bid document. Please complete and submit the following (as attached) with your bid proposal: Tax compliant CSD report/ tax pin, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2, SBD 3.1.

Bids will be evaluated using the 80/20 split. The points for price will be calculated in accordance with the formula prescribed in SBD 6.1 attached to this document. Only evidence from the bidding company will be considered for the evaluation criteria below. Evidence of a sub-contractor that the bidding company intends to sub-contract will not be considered unless the bidding company has entered into a valid joint venture agreement signed by both parties as outlined in the conditions of the tender.

AgriSETA invites proposals from suitably qualified Service Providers to submit proposals for supply and delivery of twenty-five (25) laptops, and twenty-five (25) embroidered laptop trolley bags. Prospective bidders are expected to submit proposals highlighting their expertise in provision of latest high quality ICT end-user equipment (Laptops, Desktops, Computer peripherals, etc) suitable for business use and in compliance with the latest ICT environments and legislations.

Bidders must have a track record of compliant reference letters for the supply and delivery of ICT end-user equipment. The bidder has provided five (5) or more reference letters for the supply and delivery of ICT end-user equipment completed within the last five (5) years.

The bidder must submit the total bid price inclusive of VAT and must be fixed for the duration of the contract. The price proposal must cover all the AgriSETA requirements in line with the scope of work.

AgriSETA undertake to pay valid invoices in full, within 30 (thirty) days from date of receipt of the invoice, for delivery done to its satisfaction. No payment will be made where there is outstanding goods, until those outstanding goods are delivered. The bidder must submit the total bid price inclusive of VAT and must be fixed for the duration of the contract.

Bidders must be registered in the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and must submit CSD report with a tax compliant status with their proposal. Bidders must complete section 4 of the AgriSETA SBD 6.1 attached to this bid document. Bidders must submit Companies & Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) company registration documents listing all Directors or Shareholders and certify ID copy of Directors or Shareholders.

The 80/20 preference points system applies for acquisition of goods or services for Rand value equal or above R2 000 and up to R50 million. Points for this tender shall be awarded for: (a) Price; and (b) Specific Goals.

The successful bidder will be required to fill in and sign a written contract form (SBD7). The bidder must submit their bid independently from, and without consultation, communication, agreement, or arrangement with any competitor.
