Bid documents must be purchased from the Supply Chain Management Section at Ikhala TVET College or downloaded from the National Treasury Portal at a non-refundable fee of R150.00 per document. Proof of purchase must be attached to the submission; failure to do so disqualifies the bid.

Completed bids must be signed, placed in a clearly labelled sealed envelope, and submitted with a USB drive. Submissions must be deposited in the tender box at Ikhala TVET College Administration Centre, Zone D, Gwadana Drive, Ezibeleni, 5326, by the closing date and time. Failure to submit a USB and proof of payment for the bid document will result in disqualification.
