Evaluation criteria: 80/20. Points for this tender are allocated as follows: Total points for Price and SPECIFIC GOALS 100. The applicable preference point system for this tender is the 80/20 preference point system.

The Mandela Bay Theatre Complex (MBTC) owns a Hyundai H1 vehicle with registration number HBK281EC. The vehicle's licence is due for renewal. However, the renewal process cannot be completed because the registration documentation still reflects the former entity, and a duplicate BRNC Certificate is required to facilitate the renewal of the vehicle licence. The appointed service provider will be required to:

• Facilitate the application for a duplicate BRNC Certificate.
• Assist MBTC with the completion and submission of all required documentation.

Pricing format:

• Prices must be VAT inclusive.
• Prices must include delivery.
• Prices must be broken down (line-itemised).
• Quotation must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date.

Payment terms:

• No prepayment or upfront payment will be made by MBTC.
• No bid bond, performance guarantee or insurance requirement is stated in the document.

CSD registration is COMPULSORY. Bidders must submit the MBTC RFQ forms, a valid quotation on company letterhead, SBD 4 (Bidder's Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim). No prepayment will be paid by Mandela Bay Theatre Complex.

The appointed service provider will be required to:

• Facilitate the application for a duplicate BRNC Certificate.
• Assist MBTC with the completion and submission of all required documentation.
• Liaise with the relevant licensing and registration authorities on behalf of MBTC.
