Hire of 1 x 4x4 TLB and 1 x 10-cube tipper truck for 3 days. Work: remove and transport waste, clear and level dumping areas, improve access, promote cleaner environment. Working hours: 08:00–13:00 and 14:00–16:30. Service provider responsible for safety, repairs, refuelling, maintenance, qualified operators, and operator accommodation. Municipality provides project manager for quality assurance and sign-off. Breakdown time deducted.

Bidders must provide details of similar completed projects, including nature of work, contract value, employer name, and contactable references. Use the Past Experience form in the document.

Municipality's Community Services Manager acts as project manager responsible for quality assurance and sign-off. Inspection rights per GCC (clause 8).

Pricing on the provided schedule: Item 1 – 1 x 4x4 TLB for 3 days, Item 2 – 1 x 10-cube tipper truck for 3 days. Enter wet rate inclusive of VAT. Total must include delivery to site and collection.
