Phase 4: 80 points price, 20 points B-BBEE and specific goals (ownership by HDIs, women, youth, PwD, BEE status, rural suppliers).
Pricing: complete Excel Pricing Schedule (Annexure 1) and submit with SBD 3.3; prices in ZAR inclusive of VAT; no price changes after submission; bid price must cover entire 36-month contract including escalations.
PURCO SA service fee of 2% on total invoice value payable within 30 days; monthly sales reports due by 10th working day; interest of 2% per month on overdue amounts.
