Submit quotation by email to [email protected] before 16H00 on 01 September 2026. Late submissions will be rejected regardless of reason. Quotations must remain valid for 60 days after the closing deadline. Quotations must be on supplier letterhead and include a comprehensive description of the proposed service. The RFQ terms take precedence over any terms in the quotation. Mandatory documents must be submitted with the quotation or the bid is disqualified: quotation on supplier letterhead, valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, CSD registration not older than 1 month, valid tax clearance certificate or SARS tax compliance pin, SBD 4 Declaration of Interest, and IATA accreditation if applicable.

Evaluation is in two stages: first, submission of mandatory documents; second, application of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2022 using the 80/20 preference points system. Price scores 80 points; specific goals score 20 points; total 100 points. Specific goals: Black owned (51% or more) – 10 points, (51% or less) – 5 points, evidence: B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; Black women (51% or more) – 2 points, (51% and less) – 1 point, evidence: B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; Black youth (51% or more) – 2 points, evidence: B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; People with disability (20% or more) – 1 point, evidence: doctor's letter; Northern Cape business address – 5 points, other province – 3 points, evidence: proof of business address. Failure to submit proof for specific goals means no preference points are claimed. The successful bidder is the one scoring the highest points.

Arrange international travel for 2 officials from OR Tambo Airport (JHB) to Hong Kong and back. Preferred accommodation: Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel, 8 nights from 12 September 2026 until 20 September 2026. Flights: 11 September 2026 Johannesburg (JNB) to Dubai (DXB) – Economy, Emirates; 12 September 2026 Dubai (DXB) to Hong Kong (HKG) – Economy, Emirates; 20 September 2026 Hong Kong (HKG) to Dubai (DXB) – Economy, Emirates; 21 September 2026 Dubai (DXB) to Johannesburg (JNB) – Economy, Emirates. Include airport-to-hotel transfers for both arrival and departure. Travel insurance must be included for the two passengers.

All prices must be VAT inclusive and include all costs. Rates quoted must be fixed for the duration of the agreed period and not subject to adjustment. Payment terms: 30 days upon satisfactory delivery of goods or services and acceptance by Alexkor RMC PSJV.

Alexkor RMC PSJV reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation and to cancel the bidding process at any time prior to award. Payment terms: 30 days upon satisfactory delivery and acceptance.
