Form of Offer and Acceptance constitutes the contract upon signature by both parties. The successful bidder must, within two days of receiving the completed agreement (including Schedule of Deviations), contact the Employer's agent to arrange delivery of securities, bonds, guarantees, proof of insurance and any other documentation required by the conditions of contract. Failure to fulfil these obligations constitutes repudiation. Agreement comes into effect on the date the Service Provider receives a fully completed original copy. No amendments or deviations are valid unless recorded in the Schedule of Deviations. Confidentiality obligation survives the RFQ process.
