Functionality evaluation requires evidence of projects with company/organisation and client contact details, purchase order value, description/scope of work (Denim Vessel Floor repairs or replacement), duration (12 months). At least 1 project with details of where floors were cast/repaired.

Quality Management: Contractor/executioner responsible for drawing up all QCP documentation, approved by engineering and authorised by Quality Department before work. Adherence to QM 58 and OMOP4497 required. Number of NCRs issued affects future tendering. QCP signed progressively by Engineer/Supervisor, Eskom QC Inspector, Contractor QC Inspector and/or AIA. No procuring outage items without quality approval of scopes. All scope creep/additions must be approved by quality. No contractor may possess scopes for execution without quality approval. Contractor subject to quality auditing at any time during execution.

Contractor must ensure all employees have required competency. Compliance with updated legal requirements. BUY QUIET: stakeholders encouraged to purchase/rent quieter machinery to reduce noise exposure and hearing loss risk.

Environmental Management: All activities per National Environmental Act and EIA Regulations require environmental authorisation before work commencement. Contractor must comply with all legal requirements. Polluter pays principle applies. Contractor manager must ensure compliance with Eskom Matla Environmental procedures (OMOP 4090, 4402) to prevent pollution. Final payment processed based on last housekeeping check sheet (Annexure C: OMOP 4402). EMS file based on ISO14001 required.
