Returnable documents (all must be submitted):

• CSD number (Central Supplier Database registration)
• Company name
• Valid SARS Tax Compliance Pin Number (with supporting letter)
• SBD 4 (Bidder's Declaration) – completed and signed
• SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form) – completed and signed

Compulsory returnable documents: CSD number, company name, valid SARS Tax Compliance Pin Number (with letter), completed and signed SBD 4, and completed and signed SBD 6.1.

Evaluation will use the 80/20 or 90/10 preference point system (the applicable system is determined by the total estimated value of the requirement).

Points are allocated as follows:

• Price: 80 or 90 points
• Specific goals: 20 or 10 points

Specific goals and maximum points:

• Women: 6 (80/20) or 3 (90/10)
• Youth: 6 (80/20) or 3 (90/10)
• People with Disabilities: 4 (80/20) or 2 (90/10)
• Black people: 4 (80/20) or 2 (90/10)

Failure to submit proof for specific goals means no preference points are claimed for those goals.

The Independent Development Trust (IDT) requires the following:

• Adobe Acrobat Pro for Business – annual subscription licences (quantity: 4)
• Grammarly Pro subscription licences – annual (quantity: 3)
• External hard drives, SSD portable, 2TB (quantity: 4)

Prices must be quoted inclusive of VAT and must remain valid for at least 60 days after the closing date.

Pricing schedule includes three items: Adobe Acrobat Pro for Business (annual subscription, qty 4), Grammarly Pro subscription (annual, qty 3), and external SSD portable hard drives 2TB (qty 4). Prices must be inclusive of VAT, with VAT at 15% shown separately, and a total cost line.

Pricing must be submitted on the provided schedule, showing:

• Unit price and total for each item
• VAT at 15%
• Total cost

No bid security or guarantees are specified.

Bidders must:

• Be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
• Have a valid SARS Tax Compliance Pin Number (with supporting letter)
• Not be listed on the Register for Tender Defaulters or the List of Restricted Suppliers
• Complete and sign SBD 4 (Bidder's Declaration) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form)
• Declare any employment by the state or relationship with persons employed by the procuring institution

The IDT reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this RFQ without prior notification.

Preference points are awarded for specific goals as per the 80/20 or 90/10 system. The maximum points for price and specific goals total 100. Bidders must indicate how they claim points for each goal and provide supporting documentation.
