All items must comply with Annexure H requirements.

SAWS may request audited financial statements prior to award.

Tax compliance:

• Submit SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or printed TCS certificate.
• If no TCS PIN, provide CSD number.
• Each party in a consortium/JV/subcontract must submit separate TCS certificate/PIN/CSD number.
• Foreign suppliers with no SA tax obligations must complete the questionnaire in Annexure A.

B-bbee:

• Submit a valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs and QSEs) to claim preference points.
• B-BBEE status level determines preference points (see evaluation criteria).

General:

• Must not be persons in the service of the state, nor have directors/members who are.
• Must not be listed on the Register for Tender Defaulters or List of Restricted Suppliers.
• Must have duly approved operational premises and relevant accreditation.
